I was honored to assist Damonica with her second home purchase. She showed me a picture of the home on 10/16/2020 she sent me a picture of a house that she wanted. In October 2022 after I became a Realtor I called her and told her it was time to get that house. On 10/31/2022 I showed her the house, as it was just about exactly the house that she had showed me 2 years prior. On 11/01/2022 when went under contract. On 11/30/2022 she CLOSED on her home!
